Ingredients
- Some lettuces
- 1/2 Pomegranates
- 2 Endives
- 1 Piece of cheddar cheese
- 1 Lime
- Lemon salt
- Virgin olive oil
Steps:
- Place the lettuces in a dish
- Strip some leaves off the endives and wash them. Dry them. Place the leaves around the lettuces.
- Dekernel the pomegranates and sprinkle the salad.
- With a potato peeler, cut the cheese in slices and place them over the lettuces. Dress the salad with the lime juice, oil and salt.
