Ingredients

  • Some lettuces
  • 1/2 Pomegranates
  • 2 Endives
  • 1 Piece of cheddar cheese
  • 1 Lime
  • Lemon salt
  • Virgin olive oil

Steps:

  1. Place the lettuces in a dish
  2. Strip some leaves off the endives and wash them. Dry them. Place the leaves around the lettuces.
  3. Dekernel the pomegranates and sprinkle the salad.
  4. With a potato peeler, cut the cheese in slices and place them over the lettuces. Dress the salad with the lime juice, oil and salt.
