Ingredients
- 1 Cauliflower
- 1,5 Litres of water
- 400 ml of cream
- 8 Sausages
- Salt
- Pepper
- Nutmeg
- 200 gr of Emmental grated cheese
Steps:
- Cut the cauliflower and boil it in a pot for 15 minutes in water with salt. Remove and strain it when it becomes soft.
- Cut the sausages in thick slices.
- Put inside a pot the boiled cauliflower and spread over it the sausages, the cream, the salt, the pepper, the nutmeg and the emmental cheese.
- Cook it over medium heat for 3-5 minutes until the cheese grills and becomes a thick sauce.
