Ingredients

    • 1 Cauliflower
    • 1,5 Litres of water
    • 400 ml of cream
    • 8 Sausages
    • Salt
    • Pepper
    • Nutmeg
    • 200 gr of Emmental grated cheese

Steps:

      1. Cut the cauliflower and boil it in a pot for 15 minutes in water with salt. Remove and strain it when it becomes soft.
      2. Cut the sausages in thick slices.
      3. Put inside a pot the boiled cauliflower and spread over it the sausages, the cream, the salt, the pepper, the nutmeg and the emmental cheese.
      4. Cook it over medium heat for 3-5 minutes until the cheese grills and becomes a thick sauce.
