Ingredients

    • 1 Romanesco Broccoli
    • 2 Onions
    • 2 Potatoes
    • 3 Cloves of garlic
    • Olive oil
    • White wine
    • Water

Steps:

      1. Clean the broccoli, dice it and cook it until it is soft.
      2. Now, peel and slice both the onions and the potatoes. Spread some olive oil on an oven tray, and place a first layer of onions over it. Then place a second layer of potatoes, and after that pour a glass of white wine and water until everything is covered. Put it into the oven at 190º for 30 minutes.
      3. After removing it from the oven, place the broccoli over it, and pour some soup of the broccoli. Spread some lighlty fried garlic and now it is ready to be eaten.
