Ingredients
- 1 Romanesco Broccoli
- 75 grs of almonds
- Virgin olive oil
- A bit of bechamel sauce
- Grind white pepper
- Salt
Steps:
- First of all remove the green leaves of the broccoli, clean it and cook it in abundant water with salt until it is soft. Remove it from the water and let it strain.
- While it is straining, heat up some oil and fry the almonds. Once they are fried, remove them from the oil, pick up ten or twelve of them and grind them.
- These ground almonds will be added to the bechamel sauce.
- Remove some oil from the pan, until only one or two spoonfuls of oil are left, and heat it up. When it is hot, add the broccoli, split it and light fry it. Add some bechamel and let it cook a few minutes. Add then the white pepper and remove it from the fire.
- Add some salt and serve it with the rest of the almonds.
