Ingredients

    • 1 kg of beans
    • 2 Onions
    • 2 Eggs
    • Virgin olive oil
    • Salt

Steps:

      1. Grind the beans into small pieces and wash them.
      2. Spread some olive oil in a pressure cooker. Cut the onion in small pieces and place them inside the pressure cooker.
      3. Add the beans, a bit of salt and 2 or 3 tablespoons of water. Mix everything well.
      4. Cover the pressure cooker and cook it for 10 minutes. Then, uncover it and let the water consume if there is any. Add both eggs and mix everything. After that, add some salt.

It is a good idea to serve it with some toasts.
