Ingredients
- Some artichokes
- Salt
- Olive oil
Steps:
- First of all clean the artichockes with water. Do not soak them, we only want to clean them.
- Now we are going to remove all the parts we do not need. First remove the trunk and a bit of the superior and inferior parts. Remove some of the external leaves, which are the hardest. Lastly, using a sharp knife, cut the artichokes in thin slices.
- Next step is heating up a small pot with abundant olive oil. Once the oil starts smoking, start adding the slices until they become golden. When removing them, put them on some absorbent kitchen paper. This way they will not be too oily.
- If you think they are insipid just add a bit of salt.
