Ingredients

    • 1 kg of beans
    • 2 Onions
    • 250 gr Serrano ham
    • 1 Glass of white wine
    • 1 Stock cube
    • Virgin olive oil
    • 2 Bay leaves
    • Salt

Steps:

      1. Cut the onion in small pieces, then pour some oil in a pan and place the onion over the pan. Cook it over a medium heat until it becomes golden.
      2. Add the beans and cook them over strong heat. Low the intensity after a couple minutes.
      3. Stir the mix frequently. When the beans start becoming golden (20 minutes approximately) add the glass of white wine.
      4. Add the stock cube dissolved in 1/2 warm water glass with the bay leaves. Keep on cooking until the broth is consumed.
      5. When the beans are almost cooked, add the serrano ham in small slices (don’t cook it too much or it will become hard).
      6. Serve it accompanied by a fried egg
