Ingredients
- 1 kg of beans
- 2 Onions
- 250 gr Serrano ham
- 1 Glass of white wine
- 1 Stock cube
- Virgin olive oil
- 2 Bay leaves
- Salt
Steps:
- Cut the onion in small pieces, then pour some oil in a pan and place the onion over the pan. Cook it over a medium heat until it becomes golden.
- Add the beans and cook them over strong heat. Low the intensity after a couple minutes.
- Stir the mix frequently. When the beans start becoming golden (20 minutes approximately) add the glass of white wine.
- Add the stock cube dissolved in 1/2 warm water glass with the bay leaves. Keep on cooking until the broth is consumed.
- When the beans are almost cooked, add the serrano ham in small slices (don’t cook it too much or it will become hard).
- Serve it accompanied by a fried egg
