Ingredients

    • 4 Figs
    • 100 gr of cream cheese
    • Some slices of smoked salmon.
    • Fresh mint
    • Fresh basil
    • A bit of salt
    • Virgin olive oil
    • 2 or 3 cherry tomatoes
    • Honey
    • A lettuce heart

Steps:

      1. First we have to wash the figs and cut the superior half. Empty the figs, and save the pulp for later.
      2. Grind the basil and mix it with the cheese and the mint. Also grind the salmon (except one slice) and add a bit of olive oil and a bit of salt.
      3. Do a small cut in the inferior half of the fruit so it can remain standing. Fill the figs with the mix.
      4. Wash the lettuce, and cut some of the hearts (leave some hearts untouched). Strain the lettuce and cut the tomatoes in 4 pieces.
      5. Place a first layer of lettuce over a tray or dish. Over it, we place the figs, and place the tomatoes around them. Fill the uncut lettuce hearts with the pulp previously extracted. Wrap the slice of salmon, trying to mimic a rose, and place it near the figs.
      6. We place the remainder of the salmon over the pulp. Add some salt and pepper to the salad, and add some olive oil too. With a spoon we spread some honey over the figs and the salad.
